Urban You is looking for an experienced nurse injector to join our Grand Rapids, MI and Northville, MI team. We’re a one-stop solution to handle virtually every aspect of your wellness and beauty needs. We focus on treating the whole patient and their needs, not just their diagnosis. We dedicate our practice to center on patient wellness as the foundation of their care. The injector role will be to deliver a comprehensive experience for the client, anticipating every aspect of the needs of the client from the moment they bring the client into the treatment room. The role of our injectors will be to follow the brand driven customer service training and injector training to provide a truly unique experience to each and every client.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Deliver best cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director

Conduct client consults and treatment plans

Educate clients
-
Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result

Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
REQUIREMENTS
-
RN Degree
-
Must be experienced delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (Neurotoxins, and Filler)

Up-to-date Michigan State License
-
Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills
-
Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members

Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language

Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude

Detail-oriented

Excellent customer service and consultative skills

Minimum 3 years experience in Medical Aesthetics

Minimum 3 years experience with cosmetic injectables

Proven selling skills

Strong business acumen

Strong conflict and problem resolution skills

Comfortable discussing pricing program with clients

Understanding of Social Media and marketing yourself
