M-F 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 9:30 am, 12:00 am, 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm(Except Fri).

Sat: 8:00am & 9:15am

Sunday: 9:00am

Trainers must be energetic, motivated, and certified personal trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to confidently lead a room and motivate team members. They must have knowledge of physiology, and exercise techniques, and can articulate the teaching of these concepts. Certification is required NASM, ACE, or similar certification is acceptable. Familiarity with F45 is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead F45 high-intensity interval group, training classes
• Assist in setting up and cleaning the studio.
• Demonstrate all exercises to class and offer modifications when needed.
• Ability to sell and upsell membership options

Applicants must have:

• A great personality with a lot of energy
• Current certification through a nationally recognized personal/group training accreditation (ACE, NASM)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
