Guest Experience Coordinator

Urban You is seeking multiple Guest Experience Coordinators for our locations in Northville, MI. Part-time positions are available, with full-time being negotiable for the ideal candidate.

GOALS

Our Guest Experience Coordinators are the first contact with our guests and members, and are essential to cultivating strong relationships by demonstrating exceptional customer service and care.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Has experience or interest in the beauty and wellness industry

• Has sales and/or customer service experience

• Is flexible, able to work weekends and events

• Is able to multi-task in a high-paced working environment

• Has strong communication skills

• Has strong social media knowledge and presence

• Exceptional phone and computer skills

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available to work varied schedule

• Manages guest experience and communication through phone, email, and in-person contact

• Facilitates communication between Provider and guest

• Meets the monthly KPI’s set around retail sales and membership sales, company engagement and customer satisfaction surveys

• Attends all staff meetings

• Be knowledgable of all company policies and promotions at any given time

• Be proactive and creative in how to maintain and improve guest experience

• Timely reporting of any issues to the Location Manager
