Licensed Lash Artist - 2 years experience

Urban You is seeking a licensed lash artists for all locations in Grand Rapids, MI and Northville, MI. This position has flexible hours, Monday-Saturday at a fast-growing company.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Participates in continuing education in areas included but not limited to lash extension theory and technique, eye health, sanitation, application, styling, and lash aftercare

• Is experienced in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions and fills

• Is experienced in Lash Lift & Tint procedures

• Has an up-to-date online portfolio on social media

REQUIREMENTS

• Weekly posting on professional Instagram page (portfolio)

• Weekly submissions of adequate before and after images

• Support the execution of in-store events that deliver guest experience while delivering sales goals

• Follow established service protocols to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience

• Follow all safety and infection control procedures before, during and after services

• Acquire the highest level of knowledge of each service we offer as a business to stimulate cross sales

• Proficiency to demonstrate, recommend and sell skincare products to reach monthly sales goals

• Proficiency with the use of equipment and skin care machinery needed to perform services

• Ensure you are guest ready at all times - from your uniform and appearance, to your treatment room being clutter free, fully stocked and

  set up for the days’ services ahead

• Attend all mandatory meetings and trainings

• Ability to work independently and as a team
