What’s a BodyLab class?
A BodyLab class begins with half of the class on treadmills and half on our floor space. The speed and incline vary on the tread throughout class, keeping your heart rate up and your mind engaged. Alternating between 5, 10 or 15 minute intervals, runners switch places with the floor crew while they head to the treadmills. The strength component may consist of body weight movements, dumbbell, suspension training, or any of the other awesome toys we’ll pull out.
