LS Training was founded in 2019 by Laura Su (BS Exercise Science, CSCS, USAW, Pn1) with the intention of bringing science-based strength & conditioning principles to the general public. Laura focuses not only on teaching you how to exercise and eat right to help you reach your goals (fat loss, muscle building, etc.) but also helps you nail down those lifestyle habits to make healthy choices sustainable and long-term. Her goal is to be a guide and cheerleader and walk alongside you on your fitness journey.
