Ballantyne‘s Fitness at 11 Series offers attendees weekly fitness activities, including Yoga & Mimosas classes every Saturday, Power Afterhours on Thursdays and Morning Mindfulness on Wednesday Mornings ! 

Enjoy all-levels workouts led by area studios and instructors. No equipment is needed, but we recomend bringing a yoga mat, sweat towel and a water bottle. We’ll see you on the lawn!
